HQ / AI automation use cases

Everyday automation

These are ways people use AI agents to take repetitive steps off their plate, like moving data between apps or running a task on a schedule. Each entry sums up a public post on X in our own words and links back to it. These are reports, not tests we ran.

Four single-job routines with escalation rules

Four scheduled routines, one checking the rest

They run four scheduled routines. At midnight, one bot checks their other bots and suggests fixes; at 08:00 on weekdays, a routine triages the inbox with advice only. Every morning their LinkedIn post goes out, and on Mondays a routine reviews the previous week's posts.
