School Inbox
by Vibe Coders HQ
A school email organizer for parents. It turns messages from your kids' schools and teachers into calendar entries and one weekly digest.
Grok Bot templates need The X Subscription Premium ($30/month) or higher. Routines like daily briefs use your plan's shared usage. See pricing.
On your first chat it asks which kids and schools to track, which calendar to use, and what time on Sunday you want your digest. After that, it reads only mail from the schools you named. Every deadline, event, early dismissal and form due date goes on your family calendar, with a link back to the email it came from. Each Sunday it sends one digest covering the week ahead. Anything you need to act on, like a form to sign, money to send or a permission slip, sits at the top with its due date. If no school mail came in that week, it doesn't send a digest. It never emails the school, signs or pays for anything, deletes mail, or shares your kids' information.
Made by Vibe Coders HQ, not xAI. Adding it creates your own copy and accepts the third-party bot terms.
